Greek Grilled Chicken

1 ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 lemon, juiced & zested
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 ½ tsp. oregano
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
salt & pepper to taste
Pita bread
Feta cheese
Shredded Romaine
thinly sliced onion
diced cucumber

Mix dressing well - pour half over chicken and marinate 15 min. Use other half of dressing for salad. Stir fry chicken. Serve in warm pita bread with feta, onion and cucumber.
