1 cup sugar
3 T. grated orange rind
2 (12 oz. each) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 T. orange juice
Combine sugar and orange rind. Separate biscuits; dip each in butter, and coat with sugar mixture. Stand biscuits on sides, overlapping edges, in a 9 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan and invert on platter. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add orange juice, stirring well; pour mixture over warm coffeecake.
