Onion Rings

Oil for frying
1 large Vidalia onion, sliced
1 15-oz can evaporated milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. paprika
Salt

Dip onion rings in milk, then in flour mixture. Repeat. Fry in hot oil. Salt while hot.
